AFRICA

Organic Ethiopia Yirgacheffe:  bright, pleasantly winey, fruity and floral.

FAIR TRADE

Organic Ethiopia Harrar: Aromatic, mellow, slightly fruity, with nice characteristic blueberry notes. A crisp roastiness turns the fruit toward chocolate. FAIR TRADE

Kenya AA: medium body with winy aftertaste - smooth, snappy and aromatic.

Also available in organic.

Tanzania Peaberry:  full body, roasty flavor with hints of ripe fruit

ASIA
Organic Papua New Guinea: a big-bodied coffee with subtle fruity flavors. FAIR TRADE
Organic Sumatra Gayo Land: heavily bodied, deep, earthy, and remarkably smooth.
 
CENTRAL AMERICA
Organic Guatemala La Voz: light body with a heavy aroma, moderately acidic, spicy and smoky.  FAIR TRADE
Organic Nicaragua Cosatin : good balance of acidity and full body with a sweet finish. FAIR TRADE
Organic Mexican Altura: rich, classic, deep.
Panama Boquete: brighter with mild fruit and sweet chocolate
SOUTH AMERICA
Organic Peru "La Florida":  gentle, sweet, and delicate in acidity with light fruity overtones. FAIR TRADE
Daterra Villa Borghese: wild-tasting coffee, grown in the plateau-highlands of Brazil, this coffee has a sweet strong aroma with a dry cabernet sauvignon finish.  Rainforest Alliance Certified
Colombia Excelso: mild and full bodied with a balanced flavor.
Brazil Santos: mildly acidic with a medium body and smooth flavor.
SPECIAL BLENDS & ROASTS
Organic 1730 Blend:  a blend of the early morning coffees that our farming ancestors would have been drinking here 300 years ago.  Ethiopia Harrar and Sumatra Mandheling roasted to perfection.  Medium roast. FAIR TRADE

Captain Bill's Bold Blend:  A dark roasted blend of Asian and African Coffees to honor the hearty and tireless Captain James A. Bill, gentleman farmer, book publisher, and statesman who lived at Ashlawn in the late 19th century.  He built the miles of cut granite walls here and raised the finest Merino sheep within their confines.

Organic Farm Blend: a full-bodied, balanced blend of medium-roasted and dark roasted coffees from central and south america, with some deep asian body.
Farm Blend: a full-bodied, balanced blend of medium-roasted Colombia and Sumatra along with French-roasted Brazil.
East Meets West: a blend of full-bodied super smooth Sumatra with bright and balanced Colombia creates the perfect blend for lovers of strong, but not dark, coffee. 
Daterra Reserve Espresso: a very sweet espresso with a nice clean taste. A balanced cup that all espresso drinkers seem to love? Rainforest Alliance Certified
DECAFS  processed without chemicals  (Swiss Water Process)
Organic Decaf Mexican High Grown: full-bodied, balanced, rich, deep straight-forward classic coffee flavor.  Suitable to most palates. FAIR TRADE
Organic Decaf Sumatra: heavily bodied, deep, earthy, and remarkably smooth. FAIR TRADE
Organic Decaf French:  a smooth mellow Peruvian coffee roasted dark to bring out depth of flavor. FAIR TRADE
Decaf Farm Blend: a full-bodied, balanced blend of medium-roasted Colombia and Sumatra with French-roasted Brazil.
Decaf Costa Rican: full body, acidic snap, hearty bright flavors
Decaf Colombia: like Colombia Supremo above without the caffeine.
Decaf Espresso:  For Decaffeinated espresso we recommend using the Organic Decaf Mexican High Grown.
